Although based in Manchester, we hire our crockery to clients and customers across the country and, more recently, across the world! We love traveling around and getting the Whitehouse name out there, we are also proud to be a key part of so many amazing events and special occasions.

COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Update
To all our current and future customers,
We wanted to reassure you of the standards that Whitehouse upkeeps whilst the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) situation continues in the UK. We understand that many people will be worried about cross-contamination from crockery, however there are many procedures in place at Whitehouse to ensure that all bacteria and dirt is removed from each item, and that we keep a high standard of cleanliness right up until drop off. These standards are in keeping with the WHO and with government regulations, with the precautions that we are taking being constantly reviewed and updated.
Some of our current procedures include:
- Washing the plates when they arrive in the warehouse, sealing them in plastic, then re-washing before they go to any venue.
- Wearing surgical gloves when handling the items.
- Hand sanitiser to regularly cleanse hands if any outside contact has been made.
- A strict policy of self-isolation if any of our staff believe they might have symptoms.
Though the government has not yet stated that weddings and events specifically are considered unsafe, we understand that many people will be unsure about continuing with their plans. During this time, we can offer you the choice to change your numbers or the date of your wedding/event if the COVID-19 situation continues to progress, meaning that if you initially book your items for the summer and decide to postpone, we can accommodate.
